Payment
When the order is placed a credit card will be obtained. All digitizing fees plus ½ of the product order will be charged at this time. Digitizing fees are NON REFUNDEABLE. This is because the work will have already been done and the digitizer needs to be paid. The balance of the order will be charged when the order is SHIPPED.

Returns
There will be no returns without authorization from our office. Calls for returns MUST be placed within 15 days of the shipping date. Please call 209-765-4810.

Unembroidered items may be returned if they do not fit, you do not like the color, or if the quality is not what you expected. You will need to pay for shipping and a 15% restock fee.

Unembroidered items that have a flaw, tear, discoloration, or any other defect, can be returned. You would need to call the office 209-765-4810 and get approval and we will give you an RA# and send you a return label to cover the return shipping charges.
You will be given a full refund or an exchange, whichever you would like.

Embroidered items: Before we embroider your logo you will be approving the design, colors, spelling etc. If when you receive the item you find that we have made an error that does not match your approved sample then we will gladly take the item back and re-embroider the order. First you would need to call the office 209-765-4810 and we will give you an RA# and send a shipping label to have the items returned to us. We will replace the item as quickly as possible.

Personalized items can only be returned if they are misspelled, flawed or damaged in some way. First you must call our office 209-765-4810 and we will give you an RA# and send you a shipping label to have the item returned to us. We will return your money or replace your item, whichever you would like.

Stock items such as herbal comfort warmers, Christmas towels, aprons - any item not embroidered or not personalized with embroidery, can be returned for any reason that you would like and we will give a full refund with no questions asked. First you must call our office 209-765-4810 and we will give you an RA#. You will need to pay for the return shipping. We will return your money or replace your item, whichever you would like.

KLH Embroidery has the sole discretion to reject any order containing material that we consider to be inappropriate, obscene, profane, portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, offensive based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, sexual content or is inappropriate.
