Payment When the order is placed a credit card will be obtained. All digitizing fees plus ½ of the product order will be charged at this time. Digitizing fees are NON REFUNDEABLE. This is because the work will have already been done and the digitizer needs to be paid. The balance of the order will be charged when the order is SHIPPED. Unembroidered items may be returned if they do not fit, you do not like the color, or if the quality is not what you expected. You will need to pay for shipping and a 15% restock fee. Unembroidered items that have a flaw, tear, discoloration, or any other defect, can be returned. Embroidered items: Before we embroider your logo you will be approving the design, colors, spelling etc. If when you receive the item you find that we have made an error that does not match your approved sample then we will gladly take the item back and re-embroider the order. Personalized items can only be returned if they are misspelled, flawed or damaged in some way. Stock items such as herbal comfort warmers, Christmas towels, aprons - any item not embroidered or not personalized with embroidery, can be returned for any reason that you would like and we will give a full refund with no questions asked.
